What we collect and store

When you visit our website, we will track the following items:

  • Products you’ve viewed: For example, we will use this information to display products you’ve viewed recently.
  • Location, IP address, and browser type: We will use this information to estimate taxes and shipping costs
  • Shipping address: For example, we will ask you to enter the shipping address in order to estimate the shipping cost before you place the order, and then send the order to you!

When you purchase a product from us, we will ask you to provide some information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details, and optional account information ( For example, username and password). We will use this information for the following purposes, for example:

  • Send account and order related information to you
  • Respond to your application, including refund requests or customer complaints.
  • Processing payments and preventing fraud
  • Open your account in our store
  • Follow legal obligations, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve store offers

In this section, you should list the third-party payment processing units that your store uses to accept payments, because these units may be involved in customer data processing. We have added PayPal as an example, but if you are not using PayPal, please remove this item.

We accept payment via PayPal. When processing a payment, some of your data will be sent to PayPal, including information needed to process or support the payment (such as total purchase amount and billing information).
